LINDSEY NELSON STADIUM RENOVATIONS ARE UNDERWAY!

Facility enhancements to Lindsey Nelson Stadium at Robert M. Lindsay Field are underway! The multi-year construction project calls for a projected capacity of 7,750+ including seating and standing room only tickets once completed. New premium-seating amenities include an expanded MVP Room, the Rocky Top Club, and Premium Suites. In addition, non-premium chairbacks and tiers of four seat tabletops (4Topps) will be added on the third-base line. To accommodate the additional foot traffic, renovation plans also call for expanded concourse space and an increase in concessions locations and restrooms. The new home of Vol Baseball will aim to provide a world-class experience for current and future Volunteer student-athletes and fans alike.

The 4Topps will be available for purchase for the 2024 season; however, the expanded MVP Room, Rocky Top Club and Suites are anticipated to be online for the 2025 season.

2024 Season

What to Expect?

  • Continued construction throughout the entirety of the 2024 season
  • Temporary concessions and restrooms in new seating options on the third base line
  • 120+ new, permanent premium field-level seats along the first base line and 130 new, permanent premium field-level seats along the third base line
  • 900+ new, permanent seats along left field that replace 546 temporary seats in this location (Majority used for single game sales)
  • 35+ 4Topps tables down the left field line

2025 Season

What to Expect?

  • An updated entry way for all fans off Pat Head Summitt and an additional entry way at the intersection of Pat Head Summitt & Todd Helton
  • All existing restroom and concession areas will be renovated along with several new concession concepts
  • A new bar in left field for all fans
  • New standing room-only tiered platforms down the first baseline
  • A new mezzanine level with new seats added next to the press box and two larger SRO or group areas to each side

2025 Premium Seating

What to Expect?

  • The Rocky Top Club featuring wider seats, a dedicated kitchen for fresh food offerings, and two bars will be above the mezzanine level.
  • An expanded MVP Club with a large bar, more dining space, and a new kitchen. Light snacks and soft drinks will be included. Additional food and beverage available for purchase.
  • Premium Suites above the mezzanine level with outside seating and lounge seating inside. Warming areas will be added for convenience
  • Porches will remain as is with 33 in left field
  • NEW Premium 4Topps down the right field line

  • An anticipated capacity increase of 7,750+ at the conclusion of the construction project with the potential for upwards of 8,000 (Capacity expectations are subject to change throughout the constructions process)

Down the left field line experience Tennessee Baseball in a comfortable setting for four that includes a table top and proximity to the field that ignites a fun atmosphere.

2024 Annual Cost: $3,500/year + applicable taxes

There is a limit of one (1) 4Topps per account, and all 4Topps sales will follow Tennessee Fund donor rank order based on the deposit list.

Individuals who made a 4Topps deposit but are not eligible to purchase one for the 2024 season will be automatically added to the non-premium season ticket deposit list. There will be a limit of six (6) additional non-premium season tickets that can be purchased per account, and all non-premium sales will follow donor rank order.

I have non-premium season tickets, can I relocate them to other non-premium seats?

Season ticket holders will be contacted regarding the opportunity to relocate their current number of non-premium season tickets (pending inventory).

When will the MVP, Rocky Top Club and Suites be finished?

The remaining premium areas are anticipated to be online for the 2025 season. Individuals who made a deposit for the above premium areas will be automatically added to the 2024 non-premium season ticket interest list. All new sales will follow donor rank order.

What will happen to my deposit money if I am eligible to purchase season tickets?

For those who made a deposit and are eligible to purchase new season tickets, the deposit money will be credited towards your ultimate purchase price of the seats, if not already allocated.

What happens to my deposit money if I am not offered seats?

We would encourage premium deposits to remain as is if you would like to remain on the waitlist. However, should you not get the seating product you applied for, deposit monies will be redirected in a mutually agreed upon manner. (Example: putting deposit money towards season tickets of another sport).

How are new sales offered out?

New sales will be governed by Tennessee Fund donor rank based on the deposit lists.

How can I improve my donor rank to better my chances of purchasing seats?

Prior to the allocation process, we wanted to make you aware of philanthropic giving opportunities to potentially improve your donor rank. Please keep in mind that donations do not guarantee ticketing opportunities; however, improving your donor rank can potentially expand your options. All philanthropic donations are tax-deductible.
