G10 Permit Holders

G10 pass holders may only park within the garage, levels 1-4. As a customer service, gameday personnel will help G10 pass holders identify the next available parking spot in the G10 Garage (Levels 1-4) beginning approximately 1.5 hours prior to kick-off. This time may change without notice at the discretion of traffic management based on existing conditions. vPhillip Fulmer Way closes to all traffic 30 minutes prior to kick-off. G10 pass holders arriving close to kick-off may only enter the garage from the Neyland Drive entrance. Tailgating (i.e. tents, grills, coolers, picnic tables, power generators, etc.) is not allowed in any open parking space. This applies to those who have multiple parking passes for G10. If a University official determines your tailgate creates a safety or logistical issue, you will be asked to disperse, reduce the tailgate to an acceptable size, or leave the lot. The fire and safety lane must remain clear and unobstructed to allow for the safe movement of vehicles. University officials will move any tailgating items that impede the flow of traffic.

G10T Permit Holders

G10T pass holders may only park on the top level (level 5), rain or shine. All G10T pass holders must enter the lot via Lake Loudoun Blvd. to Phillip Fulmer Way. Phillip Fulmer Way closes to all traffic 30 minutes prior to kick-off. G10T pass holders arriving close to kick-off will be redirected to another lot at the discretion of gameday management. Tailgating (i.e. tents, grills, coolers, picnic tables, power generators, etc. ) is not allowed in any open parking space. This applies to those who have multiple parking passes for G10T. If a University official determines your tailgate creates a safety or logistical issue, you will be asked to disperse, reduce your tailgate to an acceptable size, or leave the lot. The fire and safety lane must remain clear and unobstructed to allow for the safe  movement of vehicles. University officials will move any tailgating items that impede the flow of traffic.

G5/30 Permit Holders

Set-up of tents, trailers, smokers, etc., is permitted in G5/30 only between 6 - 8 p.m. EDT on Fridays before gamedays. G5/30 pass holders wishing to set-up a tent or trailer on Friday evenings will stage north bound on Phillip Fulmer Way at the east entrance of G5/30 in the on-street parking area out of the driving lane. The G5/30 pass must be shown to the lot attendant, and trailers are subject to being searched upon arrival. One G5/30 pass must be provided for each 10’ x 10’ tent or trailer. See the aerial view below of pre-approved tent or trailer spaces. Spaces will be filled in order of arrival to the lot. Tents or trailers are not permitted in a parking space, and set-up will be contingent on an available location. If no space is available, UT reserves the right to deny the placement of a tent or trailer. After 8 p.m., entrances will be barricaded and/or patrolled overnight until the lot opens at 7 a.m. on gameday. No early entry to the lot or overnight camping is permitted. The University is not liable for loss or damage to vehicles or their contents. No trailers will be permitted to enter G5/30 on gameday. Major events in Thompson-Boling Arena scheduled on Fridays before gamedays may affect the 6 - 8 p.m. load-in time. Any changes to load-in times will be communicated to all G5/30 pass holders.
