Haslam Fields Expansion

Overview

The Volunteer football program currently has one of the smallest footprints of outdoor practice space in Division I football, with only one full-length field and another half field reduced further by the construction of the Anderson Training Center. Practices that begin in August and go as late as January place the surface under severe distress. In order to address this issue, the athletic department plans to expand Haslam Field to three full fields by constructing two new ones in the space currently occupied by the half field, Johnny Majors Drive and the former Stokely Athletics Center.

Estimated Project Cost $10 million
